Our year books are completely created and designed by a small group of Grade 4 and 5 students. They develop the theme, write the story line, create the cover and clip art, and design the pages. Using school laptops and cameras, Year Book Club members learn how to use our online year‐book‐making software, manage digital picture files, apply basic design and layout techniques, and take digital pictures! The Club is managed by parent volunteers.
Club Meeting Dates: Wednesdays from 1:15-2:15 p.m. No meetings over spring break. Please do not apply, if you are planning on being unavailable on 2 or more sessions. Attendance is crucial. Depending on our progress and in order to finish the book we might meet for two hours per session in March and/or April (TBD).We will also offer extra non-mandatory sessions on Thursdays before school if necessary.
